Wingamm are based in
Verona, Italy. They have been manufacturing motorhomes in
fiberglass since 1977 and they are at the forefront of technology
in the production of monocoque bodies for motorhomes and caravans.
The monocoque body is a sandwich construction of polyurethane
foam sandwiched between two sheets of fiberglass, total thickness
30mm. The outside layer is 3mm thick, the polyurethane foam
is 25mm thick and the inner fiberglass layer is 2mm thick.
This gives a tremendously strong, highly insulated structure
– with no joins.
This concept offers great comfort for year round use in extreme
conditions. Any damage is localized and easily repairable.
